The Casino Bonuses Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Casino Bonuses (the "Sponsor"), its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the same household of such employees, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions, and represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, entrants agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the Giveaway.
The Giveaway begins on the date specified on the Giveaway page and ends on the drawing date indicated. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM in the time zone specified on the final day of the Giveaway period to be eligible for the drawing.
To enter the Giveaway, complete the entry form on the Giveaway page with your full name and email address. Optional: upload an image related to your casino experience. Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Giveaway. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void all of that entrant's entries and that entrant will be disqualified.
The specific prizes for each Giveaway will be described on the Giveaway page. The prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor on the drawing date specified on the Giveaway page. Winners will be notified by email within five (5) days following selection of the winner. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for a winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Receipt of the prize offered in this Giveaway by a winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
By entering this Giveaway, entrants understand and agree that the Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, and the Sponsor's licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, the entrant's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
By submitting an image, entrants grant the Sponsor a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to modify, publish, use, adapt, edit, or otherwise exploit the image in any way, in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, without limitation, and without further consideration to the entrant.
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant's participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries.
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Sponsor is based, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the jurisdiction in which the Sponsor is based having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Giveaway). Entrants further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
